On this beautiful International Women’s Day, I want to express my deepest gratitude to all the incredible women in my life—and to the fearless women before us who fought for our rights.
Because of them, we can now pursue higher education, make our own decisions, choose whether to marry or not, have kids or not. (And while there are still important discussions to be had, like on reproductive rights, today is about celebrating progress!)
We’ve come a long way, but the fight for women’s empowerment isn’t over.
Recent events—like Anora winning an Oscar—make me wonder: Are we forgetting that we don’t want to objectify women? Are we glorifying the idea of making money by selling ourselves instead of encouraging women to seek genuine love, deep connection, and purpose? (Okay, maybe I’m not so positive now, but let’s be real—that’s the reality!)
Good new is that while you and I are still alive, we CAN shape an amazing now and build a powerful future!
💪✨ High five me if you are with me! 🔥
